So I bought some repair box ones and the sensitivity or dead zone on the left side sucks.  Does anyone have any recommendations?  I saw the steel sticks online but it doesn’t look like that’s still open (if it was I’d gladly pay the $100 each).  Heck if someone here had some oem ones that were fixed to near new I’d pay $20 shipped at least depending on the condition and qty.

I like to refurbish using a combination of original parts and shafts + bowls from kitsch-bent.com

I just saw those before your post. Do they work well with oem parts to repair sticks? Or do you need to change all parts over?

They're molded from original parts and you're expected to mix them together as needed. I prefer to keep at least 1 original swinging gear installed because the Kitsch-Bent gears can snag or seize (too flexible, I think).
