Hi guys and gals!

I'm super happy to let you know tthat we're still working on a NES game called: Sydney Hunter & The Mayan's Revenge
The game is an inspiration of Montezuma's Revenge, Pitfall and Rick Dangerous ...and Indy!
We have re-design the game 3 times, wich mean approximately 300 screens trow to recycle bin
But in the end, we have a solid game design and beautifull GFXs 

Working in this project, Gamester81 (John recently joined CollectorVision) , CollectorVision and ......

We plan to release the game complete in box  and cartridge only as well
We should be able to release the game this year

Development, news will be posted in this thread
Meanwhile, enjoy those WIP screenshots

Looks nice. I'm a big fan of Montezuma's Revenge. Is this meant to be a port/remake of Montezuma's Revenge or an entirely different game?

It will be alot different, only a couple screens will remind you Montezuma's Revenge, some sprites as well
Let's say it is based off Montezuma's Revenge with elements from Pitfall , Rick Dangerous with an Indiana Jones touch

Sounds good. I only asked because the WIP screenshots look so similar to the first 3 rooms of Montezuma's Revenge. I look forward to seeing more!

The graphics remind me of 1001 spikes. Which isn't a bad thing. Keep up the great work.
