is it just me or are the cases ugly?  they sort of remind me of the cheapy ones that stores used to lock dvds in. the 8-bit style font is also gimmicky and there's way too much information on the front label.  the $100k promotional push for a sticker sealed SMB is cute though.  i'll stick to VGA.

You mean the DVD security cases? Maybe there’s a reason for that. Sure would be a shame if you could pop the bottom off a VGA case and swap the game!

Rest assured, it's a problem with every case given enough time, patience, money and motivation.  That's why you buy the game, not the grade.

Can't tell you how pleased I am with WATA and impressed with the grading detail. I'll save the experience for a separate post on the other thread once I return from my traveling. But it's nice to be able to show off one of many WATA games (and my first) here.

Might send in some PS1 games to Wata just to get a baseline of their condition assessment. Ive had almost 400 VGA games graded over the years so I have a good idea on what they look fro, will be interesting to compare.

I used to hate the cases but they're growing on me. I absolutely love the "stats" that are on the back on the Mario 3, that's just dope.

I'm concerned about how the Discwork Longbox looks though. Do you get to choose the style of the case or do some look odd as a sake of necessity to fit odd sized items?

All in all, awesome stuff so far.

I definitely concur on this point. The more I see them, as well as the details disclosed, the more I like them.

SHHHH! Don't advertise that set, I'm still going for it!

Also, don't advertise the Superman, 3 Batmans, Simpsons, Disney, Star Wars, Star Trek, GI Joe, TMNT, and other toyetic franchises stuff.

Have there been a lot of prototypes graded yet? If anybody has more than what's been shared, I would love to see some😃

If you ever have questions about the service please don't hesitate to reach out to us!

The submitter has the option of chosing the 3D or the 2D label for any game, and there is no difference in cost. It is purely preference. In that case, the 2D label was chosen for more compact storage, but typically submitters have chosen the 3D label for Longbox/DVD style games.

We greatly appreciate the kind words and feedback!

There certainly have! In case you aren't aware, we preserve all prototypes and their data by dumping the data and storing them in a secure database only accessible by the owner through the Matrix code, which will be scannable through the mobile app coming very soon.

Here are just a few NES protos I have handy to share, but maybe some other submitters can share them!

Sweet! Thanks for sharing! I like the look of those! All of mine are backup but the matrix code thing sounds neat. I may just send in a few!

Was that my copy that you had regraded?  If so looks great!  I need to send them my mario 2 that I got from the same collector who had that Mario 3.

Looking for Black cartridge Color Dreams games, last 3 I need:  Metal Fighter, Moon Ranger, Baby Boomer.  Please contact me if you have any of these!
