It looked like a completely different game almost. Man those skeletons that just walk at/hump their way to you are creepy...

Wow that is super kick ass, pretty much my favorite game of all time. It would be insane to have a beta/proto. Anyone ever found one of these?

Kinda interesting how they don't show off the multidirectional whipping for more than a split-second, when that was arguably the biggest change to the CV formula at the time.

Also, gotta love the inaccuracies of old promotional material (referring to the Holy Water as "Magic Potions", for instance).

Pretty neat stuff. I love seeing beta/proto versions of games early in a console's lifespan, particularly SNES and N64.

This has been much talked about. I remember back in the early to mid 2000s when this was all the talk on Castlevania Dungeon.
This ROM/Beta has never surfaced and for awhile was one of the most talked about in the CV fanbase. Personally, I'd love to play it.
