Same game, similar box, but specifically for the Italian market. I didn't get the game as it was BIN'd before I got a response from the seller regarding shipping (something I'm just gonna ignore next time :/).

Many of the Sachen titles had real box and not the generic boxes that we all see now. I have several of them from the orignal production run I only presume. They are much harder to find also. Dain has nearly a full set of them in fact, very cool looking indeed.

My box for this game is also a generic one as well. The one Speedy posted is very cool and even more surprising to me. I am frankly shocked that Sachen made a different style box for other markets.
