Ah, I know it has to be a factory fresh seal with no defects but im not sure if they take anything else into account.

Discworld has an A+ on it. Is that another grade? If so, what for?

If you see a letter on the label, it's one indicator that it's a Sealed game. For full transparency in grading, the Box receives a normal grade like it does for a CIB on the 1-10 scale, and the seals receive a rating based on the seal's condition. Some people care less about seals, others more, but separating the two allows for a full understanding of why the game received the grade it did. is it just me or are the cases ugly?  they sort of remind me of the cheapy ones that stores used to lock dvds in. the 8-bit style font is also gimmicky and there's way too much information on the front label.  the $100k promotional push for a sticker sealed SMB is cute though.  i'll stick to VGA.

Personally, I think their cases look great and very sturdy.  I would never have them grade a SNES or N64 game, as the fact that it's horizontal would drive me nuts lol!  They should honestly get new cases made for SNES/N64.  
 

That must be the highest sticker seal cib graded thus far- It’s challenging to even get 8.0 overall or higher for these early release games-referring to the ice climber

Dave - qix is right. Pretty crappy post on your part. Also, I wrote the VGA guide here and I’ve switched to Wata. If you’d like to have a debate as to why, I’m down. 



 

You mean the DVD security cases? Maybe there’s a reason for that. Sure would be a shame if you could pop the bottom off a VGA case and swap the game!
