Its actually pretty cool and will eventually have covered the history and interviews of:

Hirazoku "Hip" Tanaka
Hiroshi Kawaguchi
Hitoshi Sakimoto
Magashi Kayema
Nobou Uematsu
Manami Matsume
Yoko Shimomura
Tekenobu Mitsuyoshi
Junko Ozawa
Michiru Yamane
Yuzo Koshiro

New episodes are going to release every Thursday until October 9th. On that note, I had no idea Hip Tanaka was in a reggae band at some point / was inspired by reggae for some of his early compositions. Pretty nice production values over all, except they do a close up of the composers a little too often, having them make funny faces lol.

Dude! This is so awesome, being a synth guy and music lover in general, to see those digital waveforms drawn out by hand is just simply amazing!

What a cool idea for a series of films. I just checked out Episode 2 on YouTube and it's quite the treat with all of the expanded audio titles on the Famicom!

People need to watch this series!

So awesome. Only a few episodes in and looking forward to more.

By the way, has anyone ever played or heard of Lagrange Point before this? What kind of game is it?

It's not the largest, Metal Slader Glory is the largest.

Lagrange Point's claim to fame is that it can do FM synthesis sound using Konami's custom chip the VR7.  It was the only game to ever use this expansion chip.

It's not supposed to be that great of a game, and most of its appeal is in its technical prowess.

Tiny Toon Adventures 2 also uses the VRC7, but as a mapper only, the FM output goes unused.

Lagrange Point is pretty good, the killer soundtrack is nice window dressing.
