You can find the pricing structure towards the bottom of the page in the link above. For a "select" turnaround, <$500 value sealed game, your cost would be $25 + shipping and insurance.

We've made the process for submitting as simple and intuitive as possible for the end user. If you have any questions you can always post in the Wata thread or email [email protected]!

 

I finally got off my butt and submitted a few things and I have to back Deniz up on that. I hadn't seen the submission portal until using it and its very very well done. If you click on submit a game and follow the prompts, its made very easy.

I know I've not submitted anything yet because I'm waiting form my handheld option to become available, but I've explored the process. I've never submitted anything, anywhere, for grading mostly because the competition has a form that is a bit daunting, mostly because some of the fields are a bit subjecting and a tad confusing.  I'm sure it's straight forward once you've done it once, but I didn't want to have to go back and forth over email and, possibly, send off another check or something just because I screwed up.

That said, you guys process really is rather simple to figure out and any newb could do it.  So, even though I'm not yet a customer, thanks for helping us out!  I honestly can't wait to get my first round of games graded.

Got my one Wata game back the other day, thanks! Doing a comparison here for people who may want to see a side by side with a VGA case. Wata is a bit taller and wider but fairly comparable, feels very strong.

And for grade comparisons, I estimated this would have gone VGA 90+. That helps me understand what an A+ and 9.6 grade maps to roughly speaking.

I was looking at submitting a few NES games but I would have to get "cart" lengthened to "cartridge" is that possible? My ASD wouldn't be able to look at that every day, it would burn into my brain and annoy me too much.

Here are a few of the nearly 1000 + games/prototypes and items i've submitted with Wata.  I can't speak highly enough of their professionalism and care when it comes to my games.  Their IMPARTIAL services is great.  No prefrential treatment.  I can't reccommend them enough.  Grabbed these few off my iPhone.  I'll do a better post here around Christmas time.

I still need to get money to send in my DKCC, be nice to have it protected and verified.

VGA ghosted me when I tried emailing them asking if they'd grade a Steel Battalion game only. Wata put a nice little note on the box that it was only sold with the controller. Thanks Wata <3 Far from trophy games, but they look nice in my SB collection.
