Hi I have Maximum Carnage Box Sets Sealed. I have a range of its value but I'm trying to get a better idea. I'm not sure if its a Genesis or SNES game inside because it dosn't say. Unless someone knows how to check without opening it. Does that matter and if so how much is each one worth. Like I said its SEALED! Thanks in advance for your help!

I don't know any thing about this box set, but condition would matter much more on a sealed game than a CIB item. Pictures?

Well no the box is sealed with a sealed game inside. If that makes sense lol. That's why I cant tell if its a SNES or Genesis game inside

Ya on the QVC Network. There is only 5,000 made. And by that I believe 5,000 Genesis & 5,000 SNES. Or might be total not even sure

That's the main problem with a sealed one... no one knows what it is. I have an SNES version opened myself, and the SNES version is much more sought after than Genesis. I'd say sealed is probably in the $500-$800 range depending if someone wants to roll the dice or not.

Is there a qvc sticker on it at all? The item number can be traced to Snes or genesis of ot exists on the item

I don't think there is a QVC sticker on it. I will check though

See if you can get some pictures up, anything someone could use to help id it.  

I also think a few were given away as part of a contest.  Based on this contest poster. Maybe.

If any members have one complete, weigh it and let OP know weight, have him compare the weight of your CIB either Genesis or SNES one. It would be a shame to open this because we don't know what system it is for.

Funny. I made a thread looking for one.

Pictures posted!!!!! 14 Sealed and 3 open. My only problem is I can't if any are SNES. The 3 that are open are Sega but they also all came from the same box. I literally just weighed the Sega one then weighed the rest and they all weigh the same. I figured the clamshell would weigh more but I could be wrong
