I thought this was part of the Mario Paint package... ? I found one in the big box when I had bought one a while back..?

Yeah, I saw a post somewhere else in the last week where this was claimed to be included with Mario Paint and intended to clean the rollers for the mouse ball when such maintenance is required.

Awesome, thats it! Found a Mario Paint manual online that showed this tool being used to clean the mouse. Thanks guys!

That was not in my childhood mario paint. I kept everything. Even the red mouse ball protector. That must have been later.
