edit: serious advice time- send it to vga and see what happens. the sticker is suspicious enough to put off potential buyers, although it does look nice. They will tell if you if it's legit sealed, resealed, or indeterminant. Those status command exponentially different prices.

The best thing about this is if someone buys it and sends it off to VGA and it's rejected for a sealed grade, the buyer can open a not-as-described case.
