Hello everyone!

As you may have noticed, we have a new "Chat" tab on the site (above, Next to Bookmark). This links to a Discord Server! Discord is a multi-platform chat system with many modern features. EDIT: You may need to use this invite link to join the first time: https://discord.gg/5tuxaqD...

If you would like to participate in the Discord chat, use the link above to join! You will need to setup a Discord account if you do not already have one, and once you have been verified by a chat-room coordinator, you will be added to the room as a Member. The Discord is a dedicated place for us to chat with our fellow community members and friends. The rules for respect and decency that apply here on the forum, will also apply in the Discord.

We want people to feel free to enjoy the Discord, chat with each other, and have a great time. We do have some basic rules, as follows:

1) Your nickname on Discord should be the same as your username here.
2) Trade details MUST be communicated and documented on the site through a transaction, including specific details. We will not be referring to Discord discussions for trading details.
3) Treat fellow members with respect. We will not tolerate harassment, excessive negativity, trolling, etc.
4) Rules will be enforced by the discord coordinators, who can kick or ban members who do not follow the rules or engage in hostile communications.
5) The site Moderators and Admins are NOT responsible for handling issues or concerns that arise from communications in Discord. If you have a concern, please send a private message to a Discord coordinator. All issues will be addressed and resolved there. The Discord coordinators have ultimate discretion in managing the server.

The same General Rules that apply to communications on here will also generally apply to the Discord. Please treat others with respect. We want the Discord channel to be an additional way for members to hangout and chat with each other, and have a good time.

With some ground rules out of the way, please check out the Discord channel and introduce yourself! We want to see people get to know each other better and just have a good time, which is what this is all about! If you have any questions, please feel free to private message a coordinator and they will do their best to assist.

Special thanks to MegaTank for starting up and managing the Discord Server!

When I click on the chat tab, it asks me to log in. Once logged in, it takes me into the discord dashboard area, but no reference to NA. Have the server link? I tried copying and pasting the link used in the tab, but comes up as invalid.

Once you have joined the Na chat through an invite link, it is always attached to your Discord account until you leave the server.

Just what I needed. Just need permissions to view the different chat topics now. haha Thanks for the help.

Anyone who sees this can add the server manually using the link or by clicking on it.

I joined but the server doesn't allow me to change my nickname... i have a discord username that I use on various other servers, so I'm not quite sure what to do. joined under the username "Kung".

edit: changed account name and just updated nicknames on all other servers. Thanks.

For future reference, if someone wants to join the NA Discord but doesn't want to change their global Discord name, just send us a message and we can change the name in the NA Discord to match your NA username.

As in here or on discord? I do not wish to change mine and just can have it that I'm match from here.

In Discord, message a coordinator, we can change your name in Discord.

Message an Admin/Coordinator. We can verify you and get you up and running.

It's referring to Coordinators. Message a coordinator or admin and they'll get you set up. In the meantime you can still chat in the General channel.
