The envelope full of cash was bigger than the cart!

For the love of humanity.

I'd be quite happy with either cart or envelope though!

Congrats!

Cool pic!  But it looks like neither one of you want to let go of the envolope or the cart, lol.

Congratulations Nick! You definitely came up with the money faster than I thought you would be able to. Very nice centerpiece for any collection. Now that it seems like most of the copies out there are set in stone with serious collectors, it may be quite a while before we see another change hands. Seems like just yesterday those two copies popped up on ebay within a month or so of each other (was actually 1 1/2 years ago). Nothing like that will happen, probably, ever again.

No one else is even paying you two any mind. You'd think there would have been a camera crew there.

Maybe a little Photoshop is needed for the new pic Batty? Perhaps them fighting over something else?

I've got it saved.  I just need some time and some ideas.  That one will take a bit of time.  A couple of awkward shapes, and backgrounds make it tough for a 5 minute job...

haha, right on man, at that age i was buying saxophones, it's a good point in life when you have some money but not a terrible amount of obligations, assuming you don't have kids.

I've always wanted to own a NWC gold. But by that I mean find one in at a yard sale and sell it to someone willing to pay 5 figures. Yup, always wanted to do that.

Wow. Congrats on owning one.

Yes, you are retarded for spending $12K (since you wanted to be made fun of...)

I don't think that my entire video game collection (which isn't small) is worth $12K.

God damn!

Maybe a crazy question, but don't you guys get paranoid around the NWC ?

For example, if I would have bought it, I'd put it in a briefcase so it don't get damaged (by falling, touching, the rain, etc..... )
I would look at everybody to see if they recognize what I'm buying. And if they do, I would keep an eye out for them just in case they would try to rob me....

PS: Congrats !!!

you look smashed holding the grail in your first pic.  I guess I would have to be hammered to drop 12k on a game.  That's a huge down payment on anything.  All joking aside, grats on the pickup.

Looks sweet. Good to see it go to somebody who will enjoy it.
You must have had to sell a lot of Miss Teenage Anals to get that.

You should post a pic of it sticking out of your top loader and it playing on the TV. Dont think I have seen a pic of that before.

You won't either. It doesn't work on a top loader.

Heh, I guess thats one way to make your money back. Charge $5 to get your pic taken touching it.   After 2400 people it will be free.
