Has anyone every done this with out busting anything? It doesn't even look possible...

I have been able to open all other unlicensed games, even the ones with stickers on back covering a screw without putting a hole in it, by simply removing the bottom 2 screws and just pulling apart a little bit and the PCB will fall out. Getting them back in can be a little tricky at first, but you get the hang of it with each type of cart.

But anyways, this is not possible with A52 because instead of screws, it has posts which appear to fused together, and worse yet, all of them go thru holes in the PCB

Any ideas?

I have wondered this myself to be honest, I don't think there is a way without damaging the cart.

The only think I could think of is to take a very small drill bit and try to drill the holes out so to speak. Then it might be enough to pull it apart. Just don't drill all the way through and you could use small screws and make them catch in the remaining plastic to hold it together. I wouldn't do this, but it might work.
