Reading this makes me sad. What is the state of games today? How can they not fix those bugs?
The state of any system with storage/hard drive on it. Make the date regardless, hide any bugs you can from NOA product release testing that would keep it from going to print, and then let people blow the thing up in their faces and use the complaints to fix the problems in patches. It's a large reason I mostly quit doing PC gaming a decade or so ago as I got fed up with the guinea pig approach. These days I often will not buy new games either until they're out a month or so so other people can be the patsies.
I have this game coming in the mail to me, owner finished it (NA member) so if it's disc specific and not doing certain things right or wrong I should be fine, and Mario, ME3 and NintendoLand have been smooth too so far.
