If you have any GBA signage or kiosk I would be interested. Please send me a PM because I'm only here about once a month now but I'm still VERY interested in large system signage or small playable kiosks related to the GBA.

Here's a nice round number. This will probably be my last attempt since I am pretty burnt out.

I am a killer on the first level, I was able to get 50,000 on that level alone by racking up 8,000s, but I suck at the second level and I choke on the third so I barely get any points. Made it to the 4th level a few times.

Congrats to everyone who had the patience for this game and especially to Tom for his outstanding score.

EDIT: Picture is attached below.

5200........Just going for participation points here.  I've rarely ever played this game and didn't have time this week to sit down and put some time in for it.

I masterize the first and second stages by getting ennemies all together, but I have yet to find a way to do it in the 4 other stages. Well, that's still a little better than the current twingalaxies score (225,000ish), so I'm satisfied with this.

Congrats to Tom Votava for busting the counter. I'm happy to see you pleased yourself in our friendly contest, it's always fun to have a challenging participant around

Ah, didn't realize I was that close to making top 5. Wish I wouldn't have blown my best first-level run by dying so much on the subsequent levels.

I was pretty close too lol At least this week is Gradius and I have beaten world records on it. (I just don't submit to twingalaxies online since you have to use VHS)

Thanks.  I am having loads of fun so far.  Good job to you as well.  If you cracked the patterns for the first two stages, the others will come with time.

Just getting back from the weekend.  Thanks everyone for the congrats.  I really enjoyed figuring this one out.  I have always enjoyed this game as a kid and have had it on my "todo" list for a long time.  This contest finally gave me an excuse to play it.

DVD works also, and when the Ref isn't backlogged, he'll take some sort of digit recording, there is no rule that VHS is required, just some sort of video that fits the requirements.   If you really want to submit a record, get a hold of the ref to get your questions answered.

For the interested, I posted a highlight video of my BurgerTime run. Didn't show everything, but hopefully this will paint a clear picture of how to score big on this game.
