I am trying to figure out approximately what this is worth.
I've looked far and wide and can't find it anywhere online.

Help would be appreciated - if anyone has any insight, please PM.
Thanks.

P.S. Sorry about posting in the wrong section. It will go to auction so I thought I was in the right place.
I can't figure out how to move it to "Price Check".

I actually think I may of had one of these as a child. I have no idea what it would be worth though.

You should toss up a pic, I'm curious now.

Silly noobs... this should be posted in Price Check, not Auction Site Spotlight.... when will people read the FAQ's and learn the right places to post things?

It's not super rare, and I'm assuming you are talking about the Avon Wallet with the holographic front. Maybe $20-$30 loose, twice that if sealed in original package.

Now that's one I've never seen before. No idea about value on it, but there are definitely Nintendo Power collectors out there. Just take some offers and see what comes your way.

Yea, I would think you'd be able to snag 30-40 if you wait a bit. Boy o boy, who's older brother didn't have one of these haha

I hope thats not your listing on ebay for $500 because that was just a waste of listing fees. Theres no way I can see anybody paying remotely close to that much.

I would think about $50 would be the highest you see from this one.

Seems though you think 10x as much... good luck with your sale, and your wedding.

Sometimes I wonder why people bother asking. If someone was to tell you you could get $2-$5 for a Nes controller I can see you trying to stretch it to $8-$10 but your not gonna try and sell it for $40-$100. If I had it I would put it at $100 with best offer attached. Goodluck anywho.

Didn't mean to rag on you by the way. I myself am retting to save for my wedding in the next year or so and wouldn't feel so happy knowing that it's not worth as much I was hoping it would to cover a expense so personal.

If I were you I would of just let it run in a auction. Rarely do things do under the radar unless you can't spell. Usually you'll have people message you on eBay telling you how much is worth or trying to backdoor each other after the auction ended.

Bunch of filthy animals we are.

Whoa, blast from the past! I used to have that exact same wallet. No idea what happened to it now but it was the first wallet I ever had. Talk about bringing back some memories.

I have 2 of these somewhere in storage. I forget exactly for what reason NP sent them, but my brother and I both got them. That and we also have 1980s official Nintendo licensed plates; like the kind you eat off of. One is Link (with art like the instructions from the 1st game) and the other is Mario.

I came back to check up, expecting to see everyone saying "You idiot, that's way too high."  But listen...
Last time I had a super rare item and didn't know what it was worth someone totally ripped me off, and then I had to read "You idiot, that was worth 3x as much!"

So I figured why not start high and hope for a good offer. Better safe than sorry because last time was the latter of the two.

Thanks everyone for the input!

you mean the last time when you sold the same wallet for $10.50?
that price seems more realistic anyway....

if thats how much it sold for in an auction than tht is exactly how much it is worth because that is how much someone is willing to pay
