It's a complete redesign. The game is entirely different. The original is hard as balls though and I'd be very, very impressed if you could get through it without save states.

As for the remodel, it's meant to turn it into a "playable", easier version of the original, but I've never played it so I can't really say. The original is very good though, the little of it I got through on my PowerPak.

Of course, it would be silly not to. Games come as seen in the example pics

Btw, do you do anything to mark your repros as reproductions? I know opinions on this vary, but it might be good to put something subtle on the label to indicate that they are in fact reproductions, just to prevent folks from trying to resell them as legit carts down the road.

All the carts she is going to make were never released here, so they are as "legit" as they can be since they were never released in the NTSC format.

You will have my business soon. Just unloaded nearly all my repro compatible titles so I got to scrounge up more. Are there a bunch more games that are possible to use? I always thought it was odd that it was only sports titles. I know they are cheap but are there other reasons?

I'll definitely put in an order sometime within the next few months, as I'm always down to check out the quality of a repro maker and want to show support where I can. The pictures look pretty darn nice.
