This is a call for the spine card of Super Adventure Rockman on the JP Sega Saturn. This game comes in two variations, and I am seeking the spine card for the T-1241G version (with the white CD tray).

I'm offering $50/40€ for that spine card alone. I can also buy the full game if you're not splitting the card down.
