I'm just kidding. Your stuff is way less annoying than a lot of reviewers, which coming from me is high praise. You don't have gimmicks like bizarre tangents, or a long, irritating theme song that you and your friends sing off-key, or overblown cursing. (I have no problem with that in its place, but a couple of guys shouting "WHAT THE FUCK! THAT'S SO FUCKING... WHAT THE FUCK!" over and over like I've seen on some channels is really lame.) All of that stuff, on top of long run times, really turns me off to video reviews in general. And you stay away from all that.

In your Contra video, the sound disappears on the Super C commercial. By the way, I do like the inclusion of commercials. It gives a frame of reference for the period. Especially when you don't then cut to your own smirking face or say some edgy comment making fun of it.

Someone else told me about the volume on the Super C commercial, but not everyone seems to be affected. The person that told me that was Canadian, so I thought maybe it was a weird... Canadian thing? But you're Illinois, so I don't know. I see/hear it fine as do a few others. 

Cool stuff, and I like the specific selections of certain NES game series.

Huh. Yeah, it works fine on my computer but not on my phone. Weird.

I think Palamedes is a bit of an underrated puzzle game. It has the recipe for being a run of the mill tile matching game involving dice, but really sets itself apart with a tournament mode that boasts a very competent AI.

A brief look at the games on the Quattro Adventure cart. Super Robinhood is definitely my favorite but all 4 are intriguing in their own way.

A brief look at Dynowarz, a multi-genre platforming game that's fairly quick to beat and a one-of-a-kind game.

My brother and I used to play this a fair bit as kids. I'll have to watch the video when I get into the office, but I'm looking forward to it!

Ah, Dynowarz! We used to love that game when I was younger. Like Gloves, my brothers and I would play it and we thought it was pretty cool at the time.

The gameplay is a bit simplistic in terms of mechanics, but it's definitely a neat game and I love the vibe it gives off. I think if the concept was expanded a bit with a sequel, it could be really cool.
