What do you think this is worth?
Should I get it graded? (I tried to take a good photo of the dent at the top of the box)

Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you. 

Simple price charting and game value now averaging, 400 new and 600--700 graded. I would open it and play it   but im not a sealed guy lol.......actually i would buy loose and keep it but u know.

From these rough pictures, can anyone make an assumption what the grade of the box and seal would be? Thanks
