Hey hey!
Just want to bring to everyone's attention that our ever evolving NintendoAge FAQ has received an addition to the NA auction section:
"Attempting to negotiate or accepting "side deals" on active NA auctions is not allowed. If as a seller you have a price in mind for your item, please consider posting in the seller section instead. Once an auction is started, it is expected to run it's course."
In case anyone doesn't know, a side deal is the practice of contacting the person who has an auction going and asking for a price to end the auction early. The usual motivation of the buyer is to get the item for less than they expect the auction to end at if it were allowed to run it's course.
Buy it now prices are allowed, but they must be made public at the start of the auction and cannot be changed once a bid is placed.
