They've bought from me before on eBay, so I contacted them directly about purchasing a decent sized portion of my collection. After a couple weeks they got a decent quote back to me for it. I looked back at some past threads on them, but any one have recent experiences selling a pretty expensive lot to them? Thanks.

I don't see any reason to be worried, any dealings I've had with them over the years have been solid.

I think she's a member here too?

On nearly every auction I had on ebay they were my highest bidder. I never had an issue with them. Haven't called them directly, but that was a good idea.

They always seem to be highest bidder on my lots. Great buyer.

Father and son winners of Nintendo World Championship sold their grey cartridges to them. That's a pretty expensive lot.
Personally I wouldn't sell them a paper clip.

Sold to them many times in the past. Better than the unwashed masses; I don't get the apprehension, unless you have qualms from an ethical standpoint (e.g. "evil resellers"), or the offer, method of payment, shipping destination, etc, then take their money and move on. If you're super paranoid, give them a call or email after tracking shows as delivered to verify they have received it. They are very large-volume so sometimes packages get overlooked.

I sold them a large lot of PS2 games at one point (300ish games). Price was fair, transaction was easy. I think they dinged me for 2 of the games that didn't work or something, which was only a few dollars. It was a nice way to unload a lot of commonish games for a fairly reasonable price.

I consider large lot sales to resellers as them basically providing you a service for the difference between what you get and the "market value" on the items in lot form.

They'll have to take each and every game, test them, take photos individually, list them, get charged listing fees, presumably taxed on their earnings as a business, ship them... The list goes on.

All you have to do is pack em all up in a box and send em off. The time savings is huge depending on the size of the lot, and we'll worth the "cost" IMO.

I've never had trouble with Lukie Games and I'm not even in the same country. The stuff I've bought from ebay has been well listed, accurately so, and solid overall.

I'd say go for it.

Sold to them plenty, they pay well. Lukie and his 30+ person team are the street sweepers of this hobby. Can't go wrong.

Thanks for the input everyone. I finally found a new place to move to and it needs a bit of work. I will be sad to see it go, but I'll have some more space to start collecting it again, when it is all said and done.
