The prototype ROM of unreleased Famicom Game from IGS, "Shonen Majutsushi Indy" (Indy the Magical Kid) seems to have been confirmed.

You could always use a third party. I know there are ways around yahoo auctions not shipping overseas.

Edit: I was gonna look into starting a fundraiser to ensure this gets purchased for the purpose of being dumped, hmu if anyone's interested in that or knows how I can get that off the ground.

Unfortunately we got outbid pretty much immediately. Final bid ended up being about double what we managed.

I hope he's just trying to cover his ass from litigation, and actually planning to release the rom.
