Populous DS misprint? UK version missing spine lable... Known misprint?

Very simple question: is this a known misprint? Missing the Nintendo DS logo on the spine. Everything else about the case, the manual and game are normal, just that is off.

The same thing happened to the Wii version of Resident Evil Dark Chronicles. They forgot the Wii logo on the spine on the first print. It' happens.

A few of the Zenses games for the DS here in America got a blown up/artifacted DS logo on the spines.
