So here's the backstory on my question. I am originally from Canada and I bought my PS3 up here shortly before I moved down to the states for a year. Before I moved I didn't have Internet access so I just played games offline. When I moved down I created an account with an American address and have since moved back to Canada but you can't change countries on your account. So instead of starting over I have bought prepaid Playstation store cards from people in the US because they are region locked. However someone told me the Playstation Plus cards are not region locked and if that's the case would save me a bit of cash as my subscription ends in a week. That being said I don't want to buy one and then find out I can't use it.
