it is not the buyers fault, if the seller later finds out that 1 of the games they had is worth big moneyz...
all they had to do before selling was a quick google search "Nitender tape Stadium Events"
No one said the seller was scammed. Prime's concern appears to be more along the lines of the seller might realize their mistake, and lie about what happened to make it appear they were scammed, which is a concern I would have as well.
