Does anyone know where I can get a cheap copy of Adobe flash? It could be a couple of versions old (say back to CS3), can be Standard edition etc, but just wondering if anyone knows of a cheap way to get a legitimate license?

Your best bet would be to buy a license off someone else, assuming that's legal. The problem with buying legit older versions is support, which is why most of these companies don't sell them (they quit supporting them).
