No audio and no scripting are the only way I'd whitelist this. Too risky/obnoxious otherwise.

I was on a forum where for $3 or so you could change anyone else's avatar, as long as it was SFW.

these innocuous little banner ads are only the beginning. soon this jeff guy is gonna be calling you at all hours of the night trying to get you to switch phone carriers. then he'll be knocking on your front door trying to sell you a vacuum cleaner. before you know it your wife'll be inexplicably pregnant and you're gonna end up raising a little NA bastard in a loveless marriage.
