So this morning I was browsing CL per usual, and stumble across a freshly-listed WoN case.  I have no idea on this model as I've never seen it, and it appears not many others have as well (spent about 45 minutes trying to google an image of it, failed, and noticed it wasn't in the M-series database on NA).  Anyways, here is some info on it:

Steel/metal construction, WoN logo is vinyled/painted on the steel; there is no indent or anything where it appears a marquee sign goes, so I'm guessing this model doesn't have a separate marquee.  Still has the advertisment sticker clings on there (Nintendo Power, service, etc.)  It appears like there is the glass doors on the front, yet nothing on the back.  I'm guessing it is just missing the back (as I doubt stores would have an open cabinet exposed as that would target theft) but I have no idea?

Any help is appreciated as I'm all about display stuff, and I would love to own this if it's authentic and (mostly) complete (if it is missing the back glass/door/pegboard, I can live with that and figure out a custom job to do to it), but say if the marquee logo is a repro or something, I wouldn't really want it.  The seller is asking a decent chunk of change for it and I told him I would contact him again once I did some research on it; I already made a mistake by letting him know I love these things and have been looking for one for a while.

model: M18GC
dimensions: 60" wide, 44" high, 17" deep

Update: I ended up buying it. I am still curious as to a value of it as I can't find anything out about this model if anyone can chime in. I am going to update my FK thread with the story and photos, as well as upload it to the M-series thread on here.

Congrats! Welcome to the club. Surprised this hasn't sparked more talk/interest. I have seen the metal "grate" top before, but cannot recall where. I am betting this display is a base for one of the WoN displays with the lighted translites and plastic toppers.

I would value this at $1500-2000. These display cases are so sought after its rediculous.
