The guides are a bit dated, but they can be found in the e-zine. Click "Jump to..." on the left of the screen to get to the e-zines. Then you can look for "price guide" (easiest way is to ctrl F and type it in there)

Yes, it was simply a first attempt by a member to start pricing Super Nintendo games.

If that's not helpful, best advice I can give is to search Ebay and find completed auction prices on the items you need to price.
