hey everyone!

So i'm trying to think of ideas for valentines day! i was searching for things to do and there is something called "escape Bloomington" You and whoever you are with get locked in a room. you are also put in the room with whoever signed up for that time. So it would be me and her with 6 other people. The objective is to escape the room with given clues.

Have any of you ever heard of or even tried this? what are your thoughts on it? Do you think this would be a fun valentines day date?  Here is a link to their website. Also, if i decide to do this, which room do you think we should do?

I've never tried it myself, but some friends that tried it in NYC loved it and can't stop talking about it, so it's probably worth a go

We have one in Pittsburgh, too. It's pretty neat, and conveniently two doors down from a great micro brew pub.

There's a movie with the same plot.  My name is Jigsaw... IT'S TIME TO PLAY A GAME.

But hey, it could be fun!

I played Escape Hunt in Brussels, Belgium last week and it was absolutelyawesome! Usually you'll have some kind of countdown (for example, we had to diffuse a bomb, figure out who did it, and escape the room in less than an hour). I consider myself to be quite clever, as well as the friends I was with, and let me tell you, it is HARD. The game will push your abilities when it comes to logic, riddles, etc. But its an absolute blast of you like that kind of stuff. My number one tip is to figure oit the teamwork aspect ASAP, cus you guys will need to work eefficiently together or you will fail. The games are based off the point and click 'Escape the Room' flash games all over the internet, if you haven't tried one before, I'd look one up and give it a go. Either way, I hope you like it!
