I will be purchasing a game lot this week. The person has Xb0x 360 dev kit, all complete with boxed with all stuff it suppose to come when developing company was purchasing originally from Microsoft. Whats the real reselling value? $450? I just want to sell fast, dont want to wait for months.

Depends if it has a game in storage. I've see some sold online as protos because they have games that were still in development and I assume that can impact the price. In terms of what its worth, no clue.
