So i fixed this mans TV  and we had gotten in to talking about old video game stuff  so when he came back he gave me this neogeo pocket color and a sega game gear with taz for free.  he said its been in his closet for years and he doesnt need it anymore.

I think he's just sharing his story of how he got it for free. Very nice though
