Coffee and bagel from Tim Horton's.

Same. Must be a Canada thing

Yeah I know, so predictable.
I had Tim Horton's when I was in Canada, and I was shockingly let down. Probably due to hype, but I had fresh coffee and donuts and it did nothing for me  .

Some great stuff in here, dudes/dudettes!

I think it's more of a comfort thing. Like we don't want it but it's there so what the hell I'll grab it
Totally. Dunkin Donuts sucks, but I'd be lying if I said I didn't swing in there twice a month.

Twice a day?  funny I went to Dunkin donuts when I was in Murica, and feel the same way you did about tims
It's all crap, lol. You have to get there early when everything's fresh, and even then it's suboptimal. Krispy Kreme was insanely delicious the last time I had it (10+ years ago now).

Krispy Kreme has better donuts, but Dunkin has better coffee.

Having just polished off a large double double and a cinnamon french toast bagel, you can add me to the cliche mix as well!

I sometimes will re-heat the same Tim's coffee a few times during the morning at work. Co-workers think it's insane but exactly, gotta make it last!

My morning shake consists of the following (which I consume every morning):

4 Ice Cubes
Big bunch of Kale
1/2 cup Blueberries
1/2 Avocado
2 tblsp Flax seeds
1 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Turmeric
1 scoop Pea Protein Powder
1 big glob of Honey
1 cup Kefir

Whip with Magic Bullet.
Consume with smug self satisfaction and brag to co-workers about how much healthier you're eating and then wolf down a half dozen donuts when no one is looking.

To the Finder...
The Isle of Koholint is but an illusion...
Human, monster, sea, sky...
A scene on the lid of a sleeper's eye...
Awake the dreamer, and Koholint will vanish much like a bubble on a needle...
Cast-away, you should know the Truth!

If we consider breakfast to be the first meal of the day, than 2 gas-station hot dogs.

Mind you, this was at 2PM
