This made me notice that every single copy of 1080 Avalanche I've ever seen, including on eBay, has the code USA-01 on the disc. This is universally accepted as the SECOND production of a title, with the first just ending in USA. I have the black label version and Wal-Mart variant, and both are USA-01, and last time I checked on eBay, all copies for sale are USA-01. Is this like, the ONLY GameCube game to be printed without a first run code? ]]>
