I'm not playing the Virtual Console version. I'm using a N64 controller with a rumble pack.

I have not unlocked the Stone of Agony yet. To test for a rumble I'm just smashing my sword against walls which is suppoted to rumble a bit. ]]>

Or did you mean the standard version of OOT that you bought off the Wii Shop? I know The Wii classic controller does not support the rumble pak so the rumble feature was probably removed from the game.
