No doubt rock was more like limestone when Lang beat him. and I agree rocky had to train hard for the drago fight. 

That said rocky had to hug Apollo while dancing in the ocean to beat Lang. That’s some insane training!

Soft Rocky didn’t beat Apollo. Rocky got soft defending his tittle because Mickey put up bums against him because of the damage from his two fights against Creed.
