This will be printer number five, for those keeping track. I had not planned on shipping anything until I could ship them all together, but I really was not expecting yet another printer issue. Many, many lessons learned throughout the course of this project.

In the meantime I will be chipping away at the Numbered Edition copies, for those who ordered that option.

Thanks for your patience all. And thanks too to those who have posted video reviews and spread the word around online! So sorry to hear about your printer misfortunes. Hopefully it gets resolved. And if that fails, there's always Kinkos! j/k
