Ok, probably a silly question:
Where does the Nintendulator debug PPU-Dump (and, I guess, the CPU-Dump) put the dumped files? (I'm assuming it DOES create files, right? - or should I be expecting a new window?)
My test method: I put the Nintendulator on a thumb drive, in a separate directory to make sure it is "clean", along with the NES file to test with, and when I access the Debug Dump button, no new file(s) appear. Where should I be looking?
Parallel question (and maybe partial answer): In the normal operation of Nintendulator, are there times when a dump will NOT occur, even if I push the button? Maybe I am clicking at the wrong time? I've tried clicking Reset (which works) before Dump, Step (also works) before Dump, etc. Can't seen to get the correct combination to get a file.
A bit of help would be appreciated (any docs I can view?)
Thanks
Charlie
