Should be cheaper then the playchoice 10 board.
But has anyone tried it out?
Dunno if it only converts the composite signal, or if its real RGB.
I wonder if foreign buyers are welcome?
1) If you look close the chip plugged in is a Nintendo RGB PPU.
2) It doesn't include the PPU.
3) The chips on the first board are a Sony RGB encoder to drive the signals and a C-sync splitter for the encoder (not clear if the board also has provisions for S-video, but it should or it's a waste of a RGB encoder). The second board appears to have op amps for driving video (overkill). That's all this board does, it amplifies the signals and cuts down the amount of soldering.
4) They certainly are not foreigner friendly or there'd be something in English about foreign shipping and they'd accept PayPal. You could always ask though. Here you place an order with a form, then pay through a wire transfer or COD (domestic only of course).
