Hi all,
So far I've used (own software) only by GB emulators, next phase would be using real machine (we have already two of them). Anyway I need to know how to move .GB files to real Gameboy Color. Also my son has Gameboy Advance, is there any product that would work in both of them ?

A Game Boy Color flash card should work in a Game Boy, Super Game Boy, Game Boy Pocket, Game Boy Color, Game Boy Advance, Game Boy Advance SP, or Game Boy Player. But by the time I got into GBA development (November 2001), GBC flash cards were already hard to find.
A GBA flash card such as the FireLinker or SuperCard should work in a GBA, GBA SP, GB Player, GB micro, DS, or DS Lite. To use GB or GBC software on a GBA flash card, you use the "Goomba Color" emulator. It's not an entirely accurate emulation due to the GBA's limitations, but it is still Running On Real Nintendo Hardware.

I'm no expert of GB/GBC nor GBA, but an emulator is an emulator. Because a program works on it doean't mean it will work on a true Gameboy, and vice versa. I don't know about Gomba Color, but I'm pretty sure there is a lot if inaccuracies in Lameboy, the GB/GBC emulator for the DS (that I use a lot).

A Game Boy Advance is a true Game Boy. If Nintendo thought otherwise, it would have named it as a third pillar (like Virtual Boy, Pokemon Mini, or DS), not as a Game Boy. But then I understand your point, and I'll admit that I'm just stalling until someone names a seller of GBC flash cards.

GB/GBC flash carts aren't hard to find. There are like 3 or 4 different models being sold now, and they're not very expensive either.
Check out

Consolegoods for example.
I prefer to use my GB flash carts with a GBA SP since the SP is backlit, and I more or less refuse to play on a handheld that doesn't have backlit screens. But you can use the carts with an original GB, GB Pocket, GB Light, GBC, GBA, GBA SP, or SGB. The GB Micro is an exception obviously, since it doesn't play GB/GBC games.
Excellent, thanks, I'm going to order Gameboy 64M or 32M, haven't yet decided, I assume they both accept GB ROM's, most of mine are small, biggest one is 256 kB.

NOR flash media like GBC and GBA flash cards is typically sold by the bit. Divide it by 8 to get the capacity in bytes. This means the products you mention are 8 MiB or 4 MiB in size. But yes, they should accept Game Boy ROMs with no problem; that's what they're designed for.
