We need info too. What memory size would you want? How many times or how often do you want to rewrite it, once or more?
ok, im looking for a battery cartidage & normal cartidage diagrams.
Which UNIF board or iNES mapper have you been developing your code for? Have you been using CHR ROM or CHR RAM? Or have you been hacking a commercial ROM? We need to know in order to help you find the proper donor board.
ok, im making a cartidage with another older cartidages pieces, how i can scrip in the chips?
Well, I'll try to explain more softly what they asked to you.
You wan't a battery-backed cart, that's an important point, but there is no "normal cartidge diagram". You need a mapper anyway (NROM, that have no mapper, can't have a battery backup scince it needs to be mapped).
The following mappers supports battery backing :
MMC1, MMC3, MMC4, MMC5, N106, VRC7 and probably more. Scince MMC4, N106 and VRC7 are japan only and very rare, you'll probably not want those ones. So MMC1, MMC3 and MMC5 are remaining.
The most common boards (cartidge diagram if you want) in these category are :
- MMC1 : SNROM, SKROM
- MMC3 : TNROM, TKROM
- MMC5 : EKROM, ETROM, EWROM
This just depend if you use CHROM or CHRAM. SNROM and TNROM are CHRAM, while SKROM and TKROM and EKROM are CHROM. ETROM and EWROM are particular becose they allow you to have more than 8kb of SRAM, respectively 16kb (even if only the first 8kb are battery backed) and 32kb (the whole thing battery backed).
Edit : Oh my, corrected the backward thing. TNROM is effectively used only on japaneese cards, but I think not only FF3 uses this.

Er, you've got that backwards - SKROM/TKROM/EKROM use CHR-ROM, and SNROM/TNROM (TNROM is quite rare, only used in the [Japanese] Final Fantasy III cart) use CHR-RAM.

but you can EASY modifi SMB2/SMB3 carts to FF3 cart:-) (easy replace chrom to chram)

No you can't (not easily, anyways) - on those boards, the CHR /WR pin is not even present on the cart edge, so you would have to glue a piece of metal to the board in the proper location and run a wire from it to the CHR-RAM's write enable.
I have checked some of my cards, Castlevania, Skate or Die, Megaman, Life force and Gun Smoke are all UNROM cards. However, Casltevania and Gun Smoke seems to have all pins of the card edge connectors, while the others aren't. I even have two Zelda cards, one of them is actually the onye I overwrote with Final Fatnasy 2, and one have all pins and the other only used pins.
There is still a chance to found a SKROM with all pins on the cart edge, wouldn't it ?
=)
i can make a sowftware to emules a cart?
What do you mean by "emulating a card" ?
