I found this video on youtube, and it looks way too good to be the real thing. There is a tiny bit of dot crawl and a tiny bit of rainbowing, but there is no blurring or ringing at all! It looks so good, it could be mistaken for RGB at first glance!
It could either be that he didn't emulate NTSC properly, or he invented the world's best adaptive comb filter.
