Any one know how to contact with NEScartDB owner?

Hello guys! I'm new in this forums. I wonder if anyone here knows how to get in contact with NEScartDB owner site. I'm interested in help him/her with graphic stuff for the site. These web has resulted very useful in my projects and I wish retribute in some way.
