Greetings all. I've noticed a few oddities in RBI Baseball 3, and I'm assuming it's due to a bad dump. A quick googling found 12 other copies of the ROM, and all are identical.

Byte 0: Position in batting order (00)
Bytes 1-6 and 16-17: player's name (Trammell, '87 Tigers)
Byte 7: Right/left handed (00= right-handed)
Byte 8: Batting average (E8= .343, correct [per baseball-reference.com])
Byte 9: Homeruns (1C= 28, correct [per baseball-reference.com])
While the above is correct, all hell breaks loose after that.
Byte 10: Contact (08 ... this is plausible, but I have no idea if it's accurate)
Bytes 11-12: Power (69 E8= 59497 ... way too high; generally 700-1000)
Byte 13: Speed (A1= 161 ... too high; next highest speed is 152)
Byte 14: Position (03= ??? ... 00=catcher, 01=infield, 02=outfield)
Byte 15: Switch hitter (CC= ??? ... 00=no, 01=yes)
From the above information, bytes 12-15 (at 0x07FC-7FF in iNES format) are definitely not what they should be. Bytes 10-11 (7FA-7FB) may be incorrect, but I have no way of knowing if they are.
So, I'm wondering if anyone here can be of any help in determining what the actual data is. Does anyone have access to appropriate hardware to find the correct data? I'd even be happy to provide an original cartridge, assuming I can find it in the disaster that is my storage locker. Failing that, does anyone have any suggestions at all as to how I can get ahold of the correct data?
Many thanks in advance.
