I intend to start an active test the project I'm doing physically and I need help because it is all confused little. My project is a video game format 128Kb UNROM.
I understand, where materials need child (a part of the PCB UNROM, obviously):
1 x ATTiny13A programmed with the AVRCIC code.
1 x 74HC32
1 x 74HC161
1 x 27C010
1 x 6264 - 64K SRAM
2 x 0.1uf capacitors (non-polarized)
1 x 22uf capacitor
Well, I have started to look at www.digikey.com and encounter no problems all the material, but there are features that do not understand. Some have a different voltage between them, different size, etc ...
Is the 6264 chip for 64Kb SRAM serves me anyone? Serves this https://www.digikey.es/product-detail/e ... ND/4234597?
The 27C010 chip is where you will store the program. I have only 128K of program, but all they sell are of 1Mb Are there no smaller chips? It is not a waste of space?
Does the 74HC32 chip would this be https://www.digikey.es/product-detail/e ... -ND/475930?
Does the 74HC161 chip would be this https://www.digikey.es/product-detail/e ... -ND/376952?
Thank you.
PS: Sorry for my bad English.
