The only thing I can identify as "RAM" is the IC at top left, a 2Kx8 SRAM. A mapper is at top right, and the ones on the bottom are mask ROM, which would probably be replaced with UVEPROM or flash in a devcart or repro.

This size seemed to be common on old PC mainboards too, sometimes socketed. If PCs that old are still sitting around, heh.

Those look like the RAM chips they stuff the Apple IIgs RAM expander boards with.
