You're supposed to have them made.

1) CB x 6 crystals are pretty much extinct, you can order one from Digikey but there are only 112 of them left, tolerance is poor and it's rated for a series operation so dropping it into a Pierce oscillator with a completely different load will almost certainly give you frequency outside the tolerance of the NTSC standard.

2) Purchasing a crystal without giving the parameters (series/parallel load, value of load, tolerance) is not a good idea for precision applications. I presume the OP hasn't designed or measured the oscillator circuit the crystals are going into or the operation and load would be specified. And if you know these specs you'd probably know there is very very little chance anybody will be able to sell you exactly what you need, especially at a rare frequency.
