Braveheart's Master Collection List Did you know it takes 8 Zelda's to have them all?

Was this ever implemented or tracked anywhere?  I got a 5-screw copy C B a couple weeks ago and it matches this description.  5-screw with "R" after NES on the cart and box.  Great work by the way.

This brings a question to mind.  If I wanted to know 100% that I bought a sealed 5-screw I would want to get one that says "TM" after NES, right?  I guess I could get the "R" version X-rayed next time I break a bone. *knocks on wood*

Edit: Meant to say "R" version x-rayed not "TM"

Bump out of curiosity. ^^ Still curious about the 5-screw Zelda I have. I can provide a scan if you'd like.

Welp, I'm happy and relieved to say that after 4+ years I have finally completed the master collection list I began working on so long ago.  I need to do a little tweaking to it and check a couple things but from #'s through Z's licensed and unlicensed etc for USA my complete list with ALL variants I have found over the years is done.  I will be sending a copy to Dain to update the database and collection tool with and for you all to enjoy or not enjoy if you area variant hunter as there are MANY!

Here's a sample... I finally cracked all the Zelda variants and this is what you need.  8 Total CIB's when you include the "Classic Series" release.  Or just 7 of the gold cart CIB's.

  Zelda
Box   NES-ZL-USA White REV-A , Address Zip Code on box 98073-0957  "R" after SOQ
Book   NES-ZL-USA-1 White Address Zip Code matches box 98073-0957
Cart   NES-ZL-USA White 3-Screw  Gold Cart  "R" after SOQ
Map   None None Fold-Out Map for Zelda
Insert   PMG-MW-USA None Nintendo Power Ad
P Baggie       Circle Cut for Box Hole
  Zelda
Box   NES-ZL-USA* White REV-A , Address Zip Code on box 98073-0957  "TM" after SOQ
Book   NES-ZL-USA-1* White Address Zip Code matches box 98073-0957
Cart   NES-ZL-USA White 3-Screw  Gold Cart  "TM" after SOQ
Map   None None Fold-Out Map for Zelda
Insert   PMG-MW-USA None Nintendo Power Ad
P Baggie       Circle Cut for Box Hole

I picked up a CIB copy from ebay that matches the top entry, but has the star coded manual from the bottom entry. The SOQ inside the front cover has TM. Did not appear to be a collector or reseller and they only listed a couple games, so I assume it hasn't been swapped.

Also do you know the proper way to fold the map? Mine was misfolded.

Also it's funny the map is still advertising for Nintendo Fun Club News on the back.

I've been asked a few times now if this list is in my possession. Unfortunately, I don't see it

If it ever surfaces, I'll be sure it gets integrated.

Guys like Dain, and myself were after his list for years. I’ve tried my best to slowly pick his brain and only got so much out of him before he stopped responding to my annoying emails (Sorry buddy)

His dedication that early in the hobby is something else and inspired me to attempt to retrace his footsteps.

I managed to piece together a map of every known Sachen Original boxart game, and even began tracking generic color lists....but that Yapon list he’s hiding is really a holy grail for me.

I wouldn’t consider any NES database complete without his list.

We thought the treasure was Nintendo tapes but the real treasure is the spreadsheet we gained along the way.
